My extensive experience enables me to provide technical support to people using everything from older systems all the way up to machines running the very latest Windows 10 and macOS Catalina.
I am also able to offer buying advice and installation services to people interested in upgrading.
Mobile Phones & Tablets
I have deep knowledge of these devices, whether it be iPhones and iPads running iOS, or devices from Samsung, HTC, Google and others that run a version of the Android operating system.
I am therefore able to provide help with all aspects, including ensuring you understand how to use the apps that are most important to you.
Smart Home Devices
Technology has an increasingly central place in our homes.
I can help with everything from printers and scanners through to smart speakers, video doorbells, smart heating and home security.
Solving WiFi and network problems, to ensure all your devices can communicate reliably with each other, and with the outside world via the internet, is a particular speciality of mine.
